As design leader, you will shape design language, elevate thinking across the organization, and partner with product, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in fintech or digital product design.
• Strong portfolio of end-to-end design for scalable products.
• Mastery of design systems and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of designers, researchers, and writers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end design process from discovery to final UI.
• Implement design systems and ensure accessible, inclusive experiences.
• Own the user journeys and measure design impact with KPIs.
