Grantit Limited seeks a strategic Head of Marketing to craft the overarching marketing strategy, lead the current team, and own the company’s market presence in Hong Kong.
You will manage our internal content and operations while also serving as the public face of the company, with autonomy to build a dedicated partnerships function as we scale.
The role requires leadership, hands-on growth execution, and a deep understanding of the local ecosystem to elevate our fintech brand.
We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Head of Marketing to formulate our overarching marketing strategy, lead our current team, and take full ownership of our market presence.
Our Product Team is world-class at market research and building the solution. We need you to do the rest: Tell the story, build the partnerships, find the users, and drive growth.
This is a dynamic leadership role. You will manage our existing internal team (covering content and operations) while also serving as the public face of the company. For the time being, you will also wrap Partnerships into your portfolio—actively connecting with the Hong Kong community to elevate our product, with the autonomy to build out a dedicated partnerships team in the future as we scale.
Strategy & Team Leadership: Formulate the overarching marketing strategy from scratch and lead, mentor, and align our existing internal marketing and content team to execute it.
Partnerships & Community: Act as the face of the company. You will go out into the Hong Kong community, showcase our product, and actively hunt for and secure strategic partnerships that elevate our brand.
Drive High-Quality User Acquisition: You will own the full funnel (Paid & Organic), ensuring we attract users who stick, not just leads who churn.
Own the Narrative: The CEO and Tech Team build the engine; you provide the fuel. You will craft the messaging, selling points, and "hooks" that make the market pay attention.
Social & Content Command: Oversee our social media and content creation, ensuring every piece of collateral looks professional, tells a compelling story, and builds brand authority.
Leadership & Strategy: Proven experience formulating marketing strategies and managing a team to hit OKRs.
Partnerships/Networking: A strong track record of networking, public representation, and securing impactful B2B or B2C partnerships, particularly within the Hong Kong ecosystem.
Proven Growth Experience: Demonstrated success in lowering CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and scaling high-quality user growth.
Storytelling Ability: You know how to make a product look bigger, better, and more polished than it is. You understand how to translate product features into human benefits.
We are a building-stage company. To survive and thrive here, you need specific character traits:
Solution Over Problems: We know we have problems; we don’t need you to just point them out. When you identify a roadblock, you walk into the room with a proposed solution.
Intellectual Flexibility: When the team or CEO offers a suggestion, you don’t reflexively defend your work or reject it. You think about it, digest it, and iterate. You view feedback as a tool for growth.
The "Underdog" Grit: We might not be the absolute best in the industry today, but we have the mindset that we will be successful. You don’t complain about resources we lack; you get excited about outsmarting the giants with what we have.
Resilience: We have challenges, but at the end of the day, we still need to deliver. You focus on getting the job done despite the noise.
