Job summary

Hong Kong Golf & Tennis Academy (HKGTA) under Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a commercially driven leader to head Membership Sales, Events & Partnerships and Room Sales for a luxury patron-focused institution built around Golf, Tennis, Wellness, and Lifestyle.

This senior professional will craft patron acquisition, oversee partnerships, and drive revenue across stays, dining, events, and related commercial activity while preserving the Academy’s exclusive identity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, events business development, partnerships, or related high-touch commercial environments.
• Strong track record of driving revenue, lead generation, and conversion across multiple channels.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team and managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall commercial strategy and execution to deliver patron acquisition targets across patronship plans with strong enquiry generation and conversion.
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with disciplined prospecting, forecasting, and conversion at each stage.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with groups, corporations, and individuals aligned with golf/tennis programming and patron stays/experiences.
• Oversee the patron acquisition experience from first contact to onboarding, maintaining exclusivity of the brand.
• Lead Events & Partnerships as a growth engine, generating qualified leads and measurable outcomes.
• Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to support patronship, events, stays, and F&B revenue.
• Own commercial strategy for patron stays and F&B within a cohesive patron experience.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and senior leadership to align plans across touchpoints.
• Set KPIs, targets, and reviews; coach a commercially minded team to balance premium positioning with sales discipline.
• Use market intelligence and performance data to refine strategy and identify opportunities.
