Michael Page (Hong Kong) is representing a leading MNC in Asia seeking a Generalist Head of HR. You will lead the HR function, oversee HRBP, compensation & benefits and L&D, and partner with senior leaders to drive organisation effectiveness and workforce planning.

You will build a high-performing HR team, drive manpower planning, salary reviews and incentive schemes, and use people analytics to support strategic decisions in a dynamic business environment.

Qualificações

• Degree qualified with 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Well-rounded HR generalist with strong hands-on business partnering.
• Experience across performance management, compensation & benefits, and talent management.
• Proven leadership of HR teams with coaching-oriented style.
• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR function and oversee HRBP, Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development teams.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive organisation effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Oversee manpower planning, engagement surveys, salary reviews and incentive schemes.
• Leverage people analytics to support decision-making and productivity.
• Advise on employee relations, organisational change and leadership matters.
• Build a high-performing HR team through coaching and development initiatives.
