Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Director, Data & Integration, Chapter Lead to drive engineering capability across data platforms, data engineering, integration and APIs. You will shape standards, governance and talent development for secure, scalable and reusable solutions.

In this senior role, you will guide chapter leaders, partner with architecture, information security and business stakeholders, and ensure delivery across journeys while modernising legacy systems and enabling

Qualificações

• University graduate in Information Technology.
• 10+ years in enterprise technology, architecture, or large-scale digital transformation.
• Senior technology leadership experience in insurance, banking or financial services.
• Experience operating in an Agile, product, platform, Journey/Chapter or comparable capability-based operating model.
• Experience establishing modern enterprise data platforms and/or API ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid technology environments.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Data & Integration Chapter and establish a strong engineering culture centred on technical excellence, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Define the Chapter's capability strategy, technical disciplines and skills roadmap.
• Own and continuously evolve engineering capabilities for enterprise data platforms, data engineering, pipelines, data services and related technologies.
• Provide appropriately skilled Data & Integration engineers into multidisciplinary Journeys according to business priorities and maintain Chapter accountability for standards and capability development.
• Partner with Journey Leads and governance functions to enable secure, trusted data and AI-enabled solutions.
