MSS Recruitment (HK) Limited is seeking a Head of Security & Safety to lead aviation security, safety and regulatory compliance in Macau. You will guide senior management on risk, establish and maintain the SMS and related programs, and ensure adherence to AACM, CAM, IATA/ICAO standards.

The role requires extensive experience in aviation safety/security, strong leadership, and cross-functional oversight of inspections, audits and training across operations and outsourced activities.

Formación

• Degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Safety, Security Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of aviation safety, security or airport ops experience.
• At least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IATA/ICAO safety & security standards.
• Experience with SMS, security programmes and regulatory audits.

Responsabilidades

• Advise senior management on aviation safety, security, regulatory compliance and risk.
• Lead development/continuous improvement of SMS and Airport Security Programme.
• Ensure compliance with AACM, CAM, IATA/ICAO and Dangerous Goods rules.
• Oversee cargo screening, access controls and liaison with authorities.
• Lead investigations and implement corrective actions for incidents.
• Develop emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity plans.
• Lead safety and security training and oversee outsourced activity compliance.
• Engage with regulators and airport stakeholders during inspections and audits.
