Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced aviation engineering leader to head the Aircraft Maintenance and CAMO functions for a leading business aviation operator in the Asia-Pacific region. The role focuses on strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, and ensuring optimal fleet performance across a modern aircraft fleet.

The successful candidate will manage engineering budgets, supplier performance, and multiple stakeholders including regulators, OEMs and MROs,

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in aircraft engineering, airworthiness management or maintenance operations.
• Proven leadership experience within an airline, business aviation operator, MRO, CAMO or aircraft management organisation.
• Strong knowledge of continuing airworthiness regulations and maintenance programme management.
• Experience engaging directly with aviation authorities and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Engineering and CAMO functions.
• Ensure compliance with HKAR, EASA, FAA and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage aircraft maintenance programmes and continuing airworthiness activities.
• Oversee maintenance planning, fleet reliability and technical records management.
• Drive aircraft availability, dispatch reliability and operational performance.
• Lead implementation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), repairs and modifications.
• Lead relationships with OEMs, MRO providers, regulators and lessors.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections and organisational approvals.
• Develop engineering strategies to optimise fleet performance and maintenance costs.
