You will manage and scale a high-performing sales team, foster agency and direct advertiser relationships, and collaborate with editorial, marketing and product teams to deliver sellable propositions in a transforming media

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of sales experience in media, television, publishing, or digital platforms.
• Proven team management experience at a senior level.
• Deep understanding of traditional and digital advertising sales models; omni-channel solutions a plus.
• Strong agency and direct-client network in Hong Kong.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
