Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong's premier dining scene invites an experienced kitchen leader to supervise and manage operations in our luxury kitchen. The role demands a track record of excellence in western fine dining, with 10+ years in luxury restaurant and hotel settings and a background in guiding day-to-day food production.

You will lead an energetic team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, mentor staff, and drive quality and consistency across service.

Qualifications

• 10 yrs' exp. in luxury western restaurants/ hotels/ fine dining restaurants
• 2 years' exp. in hotels/ luxury western restaurants/ fine dining restaurants
• 5 years' exp. in fine dining restaurants/hotels
