Job summary

Regal Hongkong Hotel is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead the Western Kitchen operations within our hotel. The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and menu planning skills to sustain high-quality culinary output for a premier hospitality property.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel or catering Western kitchen operations, with a track record of managing teams, optimizing costs, and maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in western kitchen operations for hotel or catering, with at least 5 years in the same capacity.
• Experience in managing kitchen operations, controlling food costs and menu planning.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management system and computer skills is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Lead and manage Western kitchen operations for the hotel.
