You will oversee kitchen operations, assist with ordering and food cost monitoring, prepare and produce all items, ensure safety and hygiene, and roster your team.

• Working experience as a Head Chef.
• Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures.
• Able to work in a busy kitchen efficiently.
• Hard working, enthusiastic, reliable.

• Lead on ensuring a quality offering for all guests.
• Assist kitchen operations, ordering, and monitoring food costs.
• Preparing and producing all food items and ensuring that food and plating meet quality standards consistently.
