Job summary

Gourmet Dining Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Head Baker to lead the bakery store opening in 2026. You will oversee daily operations, curate breads and viennoiseries, and ensure top quality and presentation.

You will bring 6–8 years of bakery experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive growth in a demanding, creative environment, with on-site duties at Admiralty.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant bakery experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operation
• Develop and introduce breads and viennoiseries aligned with market trends
• Ensure consistent food quality, freshness and presentation
