Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Services Agent to own and deliver exceptional first impressions at the front desk. You will manage front office activities, provide prompt, professional attention, and offer personal recognition to guests in line with Kimpton standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front office or guest services.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or equivalent.
• Proactive, agile, creative, charming and joyful.
• Strong service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed to service excellence, anticipatory, discreet and detail-oriented.
• Experience with Opera, Microsoft Office Suite, Quore, JDS is an advantage.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) written and spoken; other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver a bespoke staying experience based on Kimpton Guest Journey and recognize guests as unique individuals.
• Engage guests with Kimpton’s approach to guest engagement to inspire loyalty.
• Handle front desk, guest relations and service centre tasks including check-in/check-out, lobby duties, cashiering and calls.
• Develop and maintain strong guest relations to build loyalty among IHG One Rewards Members.
• Master multiple communication channels to promptly and professionally address guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental standards and procedures.
