Job summary

Ovolo Hotels in Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Service Officer/Front Desk Officer to create a welcoming environment by proactively engaging with guests and handling check-in/check-out. You will contribute to front-of-house operations and assist in delivering a memorable guest experience.

Candidates should have excellent English and good Chinese, be resilient, and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic setting. A cheerful personality with a sense of humour is valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent command in English and good command in Chinese (spoken and written).

• Available to work night shifts.
• Fresh graduates welcome; less experience considered.
• Security Personnel Permit (if possible).

About You

We’re looking for Guest Service officer / Front Desk Officer to take responsibility for creating a welcome environment for our guests by pro-actively engaging and mingling with them in a warm manner. You will assist and contribute in all front-of-the-house operations. This will involve, handling guest check-in and check-out, identifying customer needs and proactively providing solutions to match and enhance them. We need talents who are:

• Excellent command in English and Good command in Chinese (both spoken and written)
• High level of resilience, strong ability in multi-tasking and adaptability at dynamic workplace
• A cheerful personality and a good sense of humour
• Security Personnel Permit (If possible)
• Fresh Graduate is welcomed
• Less experience will also be considered
• Available work night shift
