Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to provide clerical support and act as a liaison between guests and cleaning staff. You will handle calls for the Housekeeping Department and ensure tasks are communicated clearly and completed to a high standard.

Comfort with English and Chinese, attention to detail, and experience in hotel housekeeping are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Certificate in housekeeping operations or related field.
• Attention to details, good telephone manner and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all calls in Housekeeping and ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
• Communicate within Housekeeping and with other departments; handle guest requests or complaints.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain accurate records.
