Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is looking for a HousekeepingRunner to deliver amenities to guestrooms and support the Housekeeping team. You will maintain a friendly, guest-focused attitude and ensure items are transported promptly to the rooms.

Daily tasks vary, but you’ll be delivering supplies, restocking storerooms, and assisting with guest requests. English and Mandarin communication is required, and willingness to work shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in Hotel Housekeeping is preferred.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Able to speak and communicate in English and Mandarin in handling guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm experience for guests by supporting the Housekeeping Department, delivering amenities to guestrooms and keeping the storeroom clean and tidy.
• Assist with daily housekeeping operations and restock supplies as needed; respond to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency.
