Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, meeting spaces, corridors and public areas. You will actively interact with guests and liaise between guests and cleaners to ensure exceptional service.

The role requires a certificate in housekeeping or related field, 4+ years in hotel housekeeping with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and strong English and Chinese communication and coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• A certificate in housekeeping operations or related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years in hotel housekeeping with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, training and coaching skills are essential.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of guestrooms, meeting rooms, corridors and public areas.
• Support room attendants and public area attendants to ensure daily tasks and guest interactions meet service standards.
• Handle guest and internal complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Take ownership of operations in the designated section, including service requests and room status discrepancies.
