Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha-Tin is seeking a Front Office Host to deliver excellent guest service within the Rooms Division. You will be the first point of contact, helping ensure a smooth and efficient Front Desk operation.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (ideally) and at least 2 years’ hotel operations experience, with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Desk within the Rooms Division.
