Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha Tin is looking for a Front Office Host to ensure an excellent and consistent level of service at the hotel’s front desk, within the Rooms Division.

We seek candidates with a hospitality or tourism qualification, at least 2 years in hotel operations, and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
