Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is seeking a Host - Front Office to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests at the Front Office. You will assist with guest services and help ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for all visitors.

The role requires a relevant hospitality or tourism diploma/degree, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and may accept fresh graduates. Location is Sha Tin; full-time employment with numerous staff facilities provided.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Preferably with work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests at Front Office.
• Assist guests with inquiries and guest services to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
