Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other refreshments for meetings and events.
• Keep beverage stations clean and stocked with supplies (cups, lids, sugar, cream).
• Engage with guests to ensure beverage needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Prepare meeting rooms prior to scheduled events, ensuring supplies and equipment are available.
• Clean and sanitize meeting rooms after use and reset space for future meetings.
• Greet guests and staff with a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive experience.
• Respond to inquiries related to hospitality services with a commitment to excellent service.
