Job summary

Binance is seeking a proactive intern to join our affiliate product team, bridging business and product. You will support product delivery, business insights, and operational efficiency across affiliate/referral programs, collaborating with Product, BD, and Operations teams.

As a bridge between business and product, you will help draft BRDs, assist with product launches, gather user feedback, and contribute to SOPs and knowledge bases, while communicating effectively in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student (any major; Business, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred).
• Genuine curiosity about product operations, user growth, and affiliate/referral programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent documentation and information synthesis skills.
• Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working across teams.
• Knowledge of crypto/Web3 or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Ability to commit to 5 days per week for 6 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and organizing BRDs, ensuring information is complete and clear.
• Support new product launch processes, including writing release announcements, coordinating cross-team communication, and preparing BD training materials.
• Perform initial triage of user feedback, collect logs and relevant information, and elevate valid issues to the product and engineering teams.
• Assist with competitor research and compile feature comparisons of affiliate/referral products.
• Coordinate KOL and BD interviews, document and summarize key feedback, and help shape product improvement recommendations.
• Help review existing operational processes, identify standardization opportunities, and contribute to SOP documentation.
• Maintain the internal BD/ARM knowledge base, updating product feature guides and FAQs to enable team self-service.

About the Role:

What You’ll Do

Product Delivery Support

• Assist in drafting and organizing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), ensuring information is complete and clear
• Support new product launch processes, including writing release announcements, coordinating cross-team communication, and preparing BD training materials
