Binance is seeking a Partnerships Growth specialist to proactively identify and onboard affiliates, KOLs, and networks to expand user acquisition globally. You will build strong partner relationships, coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance, and craft campaigns that optimize ROI and activation.

You will work in a remote-first environment, coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders, and contribute to shaping the future of finance through strategic collaborations and industry

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Internet product growth or channel development; blockchain/finance experience preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to extract user growth opportunities.
• Bilingual English and Korean required for overseas coordination.
• Familiarity with the Korean crypto market and KOL landscape is a plus.
• Strong self-driven mindset and high-quality cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Data, and Compliance to execute growth initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, commissions, and campaigns to optimize ROI and acquisition efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in industry events to expand partnerships and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned execution of campaigns and tracking.

Job responsibilities

• Proactively identify, source, and onboard new affiliates, KOLs, influencers, trading communities, publishers, affiliate networks, and other strategic partners to expand user acquisition channels and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, provide ongoing support and resources, and proactively identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, conversion rates, and channel output.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve partnership, campaign, tracking, and operational issues efficiently.
• Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, commission structures, and promotional campaigns that align partner incentives with business objectives, while optimizing acquisition efficiency and return on investment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to identify emerging growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Data, and Compliance teams to execute growth initiatives, improve conversion and user activation, and ensure partnerships and promotional activities comply with applicable policies and requirements.
• Actively participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build industry connections, identify potential partners, and continuously expand the pipeline of growth opportunities.

Job requirements

• 3+ years experience in Internet product growth or channel development, experience in blockchain, finance, Internet product user growth or channel development is preferred
• Good at listening to customer needs, always look for user growth solutions from the perspective of user growth and channel operation
• Bilingual English and Korean is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Familiarity with the Korean market — local crypto communities, KOL landscape, and growth channels is a plus
• Strong self-driven mindset, strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure and strong cross-department coordination ability
