Job summary

Blockchain Solutions Limited is seeking a hands-on marketing professional to drive digital campaigns and social media across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.

You will research market trends, support lead generation and client communications, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. This role offers exposure to global clients and emerging technologies in Web3 and digital platforms, with a 5-day work week and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, sales or agency environment. Fresh graduates with strong relevant skills or portfolios are welcome.
• Experience with TikTok and/or Xiaohongshu (小紅書) is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Familiar with AI tools for content creation, research and productivity.
• Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Creative, proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in technology, Web3, entertainment, IP, e-commerce or digital platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Create content for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Monitor engagement, market trends and campaign performance, and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Research and identify potential clients, business partners, brands, IP owners and commercial opportunities.
• Support lead generation, client communication, sales presentations, proposals and follow-up activities.
• Maintain leads, contacts and follow-up activities using ClickUp, Miro or other internal tools.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics and short-form videos for campaigns and business activities.
• Support exhibitions, conferences, webinars, business matching and other promotional events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct market and competitor research and keep up with relevant technology, AI, Web3 and digital marketing trends.
• Handle ad-hoc marketing, sales and business development projects as required.
