Job summary

Irostors Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing & Growth Assistant to support marketing, lead generation, client onboarding and business development from our Hong Kong office. You will cover digital marketing, social media, website content, events, CRM/database management and outbound campaigns.

Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Sales & Marketing to maintain a strong market presence, build a healthy pipeline of prospective clients, and engage with listed companies, investor relations

Qualifications

• Has some experience in marketing, communications, business development or a related role
• Has a university degree in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline
• Is comfortable using social media and digital marketing platforms
• Has experience with or an interest in CRM systems, email marketing and marketing automation
• Has strong organisational and project-management skills
• Can manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at the same time
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
• Is comfortable conducting online research and working with large contact databases
• Has good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Is fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be a significant advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage Irostors' day-to-day social media presence, including LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Prepare, schedule and publish regular social media content
• Support the development of thought leadership, market commentary, case studies and company updates
• Maintain and update the Irostors website, including content, news, events and marketing materials
• Ensure branding and messaging remain consistent across digital channels
• Monitor website and social media engagement and provide regular performance reporting
• Coordinate and manage Irostors' weekly and monthly marketing campaigns
• Develop email marketing campaigns targeting listed companies, investor relations teams, advisers and other market participants
• Track campaign performance including opens, clicks, responses and resulting opportunities
• Maintain and develop Irostors' marketing and CRM database
