Job summary

Advance Arx Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a Growth Specialist to own and execute the local KOL pipeline, working across Chinese-speaking communities and major social channels to drive signups and trading activity for ARX.

You will source, sign, onboard, monitor, and renew KOLs and agencies, negotiates commercial terms, and builds a roster of long-term partners across X, Telegram, WeChat overseas, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms to grow funded traders and engagement.

Qualifications

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident or HKSAR citizen.
• Demonstrated, named local-speaking crypto/CFD KOL relationships signed/managed in the last 3 years.
• 3+ years of direct customer-acquisition or KOL-driven growth in crypto exchange/broker/CFD/trading-community projects.

Responsibilities

• Own ARX's local KOL pipeline end-to-end from sourcing to renewal.
• Negotiate and sign agreements with Chinese-speaking KOL agencies and media houses.
• Manage a portfolio of KOL relationships across local-language channels (X, Telegram, WeChat overseas, YouTube, etc.).
• Track KPIs and optimize partner performance; drop underperformers and scale winners.

The Role

We are hiring a Growth Specialist in Hong Kong who is responsible for signing and managing local‑speaking crypto and CFD KOLs, KOL agencies, and trading communities to drive long‑term traffic, sign‑ups, and trading activity for the ARX platform.

This is an individual‑contributor role focused on hands‑on execution. You will be the operator who personally builds and runs ARX's KOL pipeline across the local‑speaking trading community — wherever it lives online: X, Telegram, WeChat (overseas), YouTube, Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and similar channels.

What You’ll Do

KOL & KOL Agency Acquisition

• Own ARX's Chinese‑speaking KOL pipeline end‑to‑end — source, qualify, negotiate, sign, onboard, monitor, and renew. Build a roster of long‑term contracted partners rather than one‑off campaign deals.
• Personally lead negotiation and signing of agreements with named Chinese‑language crypto/CFD KOL agencies (e.g., ChainPeak, JE Labs, NativeX, Crypto Virally, Chozan, ChainPR, Followin) and equivalent Chinese‑language crypto media houses (BlockBeats, PANews, ChainCatcher, Foresight News, TechFlow, Odaily, 吴说, AiCoin).
• Build and manage a portfolio of named individual KOL relationships across X, Telegram, WeChat (overseas), YouTube, TikTok/Douyin, Bilibili, and Xiaohongshu — including RWA‑adjacent macro voices, derivatives‑focused traders, and CFD‑to‑crypto educators serving the Chinese‑speaking trader audience.
• Design, propose, and structure commercial models that work for both sides — rev‑share, builder‑fee splits, milestone‑based retainers, exclusivity premiums — and own the contract paper end‑to‑end.
• Track attribution rigorously per KOL: trader sign‑ups, deposit volume, builder‑fee revenue, and retention. Drop underperforming partners; double down on winners.

Customer Acquisition & Community Activation

• Drive new active‑trader acquisition for ARX across Chinese‑speaking markets — own the funnel from KOL‑attributed clicks through to funded accounts.
• Run ARX's day‑to‑day presence in Chinese‑language community channels (Telegram groups, X Spaces, WeChat overseas, 即刻, 小宇宙, university crypto societies). Schedule content, host Spaces, moderate Telegram, drop into Discord.
• Localise and execute referral programs, trading leaderboards, and educational campaigns from the global growth team into the Chinese‑speaking market. Adapt copy, creative, and incentive design for the local audience.
• Identify and pursue institutional / semi‑institutional partnerships — proprietary research desks, prop trading groups, Web3 investment clubs, and active trading communities that can drive meaningful platform adoption.
• Report weekly on growth KPIs: new funded traders, CAC per channel, KOL‑attributed deposits, builder‑fee revenue, and pipeline health. You own the numbers; we do not need a separate marketing analyst.

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Have

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident or HKSAR citizen.
• A demonstrable, named book of local‑speaking crypto and/or CFD KOL relationships — agencies and/or individuals — that you have personally signed, managed, or partnered with within the last three years.
• 3+ years of direct customer‑acquisition or KOL‑driven growth experience at a crypto exchange, broker, CFD platform, DeFi protocol, copy‑trading platform, or trading‑community‑led project. Generic B2B sales / FMCG / enterprise SaaS background does not count.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Direct experience as an Introducing Broker (IB) or IB Partner Manager at an offshore CFD broker (Exness, XM, IC Markets, FBS, OctaFX, MultiBank, Tickmill), or as an Affiliate Manager at a crypto exchange (Binance, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, Bitget) serving Chinese‑speaking traders.
• Direct working experience with DeFi perpetual futures venues (Hyperliquid, dYdX, GMX, Aevo) and an understanding of the perp/copy‑trading product mechanics.
• Operating relationships with local‑language crypto media houses (BlockBeats, PANews, ChainCatcher, Foresight News, TechFlow, Odaily, AiCoin) or with the named KOL agency layer (ChainPeak, JE Labs, NativeX).
• Existing public profile in the Web3 / crypto trading community (named X account, podcast, regular speaker slot) — useful as personal network leverage, but not a substitute for the KOL book.
• Experience running paid‑acquisition campaigns (Twitter Ads, Telegram Ads, programmatic) in local‑language crypto context — useful as a complement to KOL‑driven growth.
