Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a sales professional focused on medical aesthetics and healthcare products. The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel for customer visits and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics, medical devices, healthcare, or related industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, injectables, skincare products or medical devices is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, training sessions and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings to drive opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Provide product training, education and ongoing customer support.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates and forecasts.
• Prepare sales reports and business updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Participate in product training and professional development activities.
