Job summary

Animoca Brands Corporation Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Group Reporting to drive consolidated financial reporting and audit processes in a fast-evolving blockchain and digital entertainment environment. You will prepare IFRS-compliant statements and support multi-entity consolidation across the group.

You will partner with regional teams, enhance internal controls, and mentor junior staff while maintaining a focus on digital assets and gaming revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s an advantage.
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA) required.
• Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting with strong reporting and audit experience.
• Expert IFRS knowledge with complex reporting; digital assets exposure preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite) is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Lead group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and balance reconciliations.
• Manage end-to-end group audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
• Analyze group results and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistent reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls around group reporting and digital assets.
• Mentor junior finance staff and promote professional development.
