Job summary

Animoca Brands Corporation Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Group Reporting to lead the group’s consolidated financial reporting and audit processes. You will ensure IFRS compliance, support multi-entity consolidations, and drive improvements in internal controls around digital assets and revenue recognition from gaming and blockchain activities.

You will coordinate with regional finance teams, mentor junior staff, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with emphasis on financial reporting and audit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and deliver consolidated financial statements for the group in accordance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Manage group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and complex structures including JVs and associates.
• Oversee the group audit process, coordinate with external auditors, and resolve audit queries.
