Job summary

Animoca Brands Corporation Limited is seeking a senior finance professional to lead IFRS consolidated financial reporting for the group, with a focus on digital assets and gaming revenue. The role involves managing the end-to-end group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and coordinating the annual audit with external auditors.

Qualifications

• IFRS knowledge with experience in digital assets, gaming or technology sectors.
• Experience managing complex reporting requirements and audits (Big 4 or equivalent valued).
• Proficient in Netsuite or similar ERP/accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling, pivots and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for the group in IFRS, including digital assets and gaming收入 considerations.
• Drive the group consolidation, intercompany eliminations and balances reconciliation.
• Manage end-to-end group audit process as main contact for external auditors.
• Analyze group results, provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Partner with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and drive process improvements in reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and group reporting practices, with focus on digital assets revenue recognition.
• Mentor junior finance staff and support professional development in a high-growth, blockchain-focused environment.
