Job summary

Animoca Brands Corporation Limited is seeking a Finance Manager to lead crypto accounting, IFRS reporting, and day-to-day financial support for digital asset activities. You will coordinate with senior finance stakeholders on crypto processes and system implementations in a fast‑evolving Web3 environment.

The role emphasizes execution, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting for crypto-native entities, with close collaboration across Product, Legal, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CFA) or equivalent.
• Solid IFRS accounting principles and crypto asset regulations.
• Experience with crypto transaction flows, wallets, exchanges and DeFi.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations of digital asset holdings and transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries for crypto transactions per IFRS.
• Deliver ad hoc financial statements for crypto entities from scratch.
• Prepare schedules, accruals and documentation for monthly/quarterly closes.
• Streamline month-end close and strengthen internal controls.
• Support crypto accounting system implementations and data validation.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal and Operations on crypto workflows.
• Respond to audit requests with supporting documentation.
• Stay updated on regulatory/tax/IFRS developments in crypto.
