Training Programme

Trainees will undergo a two-year programme accredited by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. The training will focus on such areas as engineering and information technology specification, tender evaluation, project management, construction, operation and maintenance in connection with generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, and the underlying information technology landscape.

Recruitment Schedule:

• Group Discussion and Panel Interview: Feb / Mar 2027
• Psychometric Test (Online) & Final Panel Interview: Mar / Apr 2027
• Offer Employment: Apr 2027
• Report Duty: Aug 2027
