EY in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Consultant for Cyber Security focusing on cloud and AI security within financial services. You will translate business and regulatory needs into practical, secure designs and lead secure architectures across cloud platforms and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/IS/Cyber security or related discipline.
• At least 3 years in cyber security, technology risk, security engineering, architecture or consulting.
• Experience in two of: cloud security assessment/design, security architecture review, AI/data security, or API/security.
• Knowledge of major cloud platforms and shared responsibility model.
• Experience with security configurations, cloud consoles, scripts or posture management.
• Understanding of IAM, zero trust, encryption, logging, vulnerability management and secure dev.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001/27017, CIS Benchmarks, CSA CCM or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cyber security engagements for financial services, focusing on cloud and AI security.
• Assess cloud environments against best practices and regulatory expectations.
• Review configurations across infrastructure, platforms and security services; identify gaps.
• Assess AI security risks across governance, data protection and model interfaces.
• Develop security architectures, standards and control requirements for cloud/AI environments.
• Support threat modelling, security design reviews and risk assessments.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate findings into business impact.
• Prepare client deliverables: reports, architecture docs, roadmaps and presentations.
• Manage engagement activities and maintain clear client communication.
• Coach junior colleagues and develop reusable methods and accelerators.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for additional security support.
