Job summary

You will lead the design of robust Go-based backend systems, mentor peers, and collaborate with trading, product, and infra teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions, with emphasis on CI/CD, observability, and secure

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend development experience, including 3+ years with Go in production-grade systems.
• Experience leading large-scale system design and mentoring engineers on engineering best practices.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization in Go.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying microservice architectures in high-availability, high-throughput environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of cloud-native backend systems in Go for real-time data processing.
• Mentor engineers and drive code quality and best practices.
• Work with trading, product, and infra teams to understand requirements and deliver performant solutions.
• Take ownership of production services, ensuring reliability, observability, security, and performance.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and CI/CD improvements for rapid deployment.
• Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and promote engineering standards.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines; participate in design discussions.
• Deploy and manage services leveraging cloud-native tools and best practices.
• Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot production systems; participate in on-call incidents.
