Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-performance languages such as Go, Java, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization with a focus on zero-downtime deployments.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and tracing tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz, or Honeycomb.
• Experience in building reporting or ETL pipelines with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable working with 3rd party system documentation and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain real-time systems, develop custom plugins, API integrations, and modifications.
• Manage and scale the trading environment using Kubernetes, ensuring low-latency performance.
• Design and implement a robust monitoring stack to track system health and execution quality.
• Build a dedicated reporting system from scratch.
• Own the CI/CD pipelines for safe and frequent deployment without downtime.
