OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking an operations-focused professional to drive global Web3 ecosystem growth from Hong Kong. This role connects on‑chain projects, communities, and users across regions, turning partnerships into sustained on‑chain activity.

You will work with Wallets, DEXs, and cross‑chain bridges, performing end‑to‑end campaign execution, user insights, and growth analysis in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations.
• Hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem; proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; can conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
• Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities; understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users.
• Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics; able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
• Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns; articulate objectives, audience, mechanics, budget, execution, and outcomes.
• Strong data mindset; analyze conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs; optimize participation requirements and incentives.
• Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; professional English communication and copywriting with international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification: Track leading blockchains and sectors; identify projects with product value and growth potential; develop plans.
• Ecosystem Partnerships and Development: Build relationships with projects, communities, and partners; run co-marketing campaigns and user education.
• Global User Insights and Operations: Engage with on-chain communities to understand motivations and barriers; implement segmentation and feedback.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead global and regional campaigns; set targets, plan mechanics, budgets, and execution; post-campaign analysis.
• Growth and Data Analysis: Define metrics for new user growth and on-chain activity; optimize incentive mechanisms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data; translate feedback into product improvements.
