Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Sales Manager for Global Network Banking (GNB) to lead cross-border liquidity and treasury solutions. You will own revenue targets, shape sales strategy, and oversee RFP responses with regional and global teams.

The role requires a proven track record in treasury sales, deep knowledge of cash management, and executive stakeholder engagement across multinational clients. Strong English, Chinese an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Liquidity Solutions, Payments, or Treasury Sales within a leading financial institution.
• Strong track record in originating, structuring, and closing complex cash management and liquidity mandates for local and multinational clients.
• Deep knowledge of cash and liquidity management, payments, receivables, payables, virtual accounts, pooling, and treasury models.
• Experience leading strategic RFPs and large treasury transformation opportunities.
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury functions, client operating models, and working capital priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted adviser and identify opportunities to deliver cash management, liquidity, payments, and treasury solutions.
• Own revenue targets for assigned corridor/client portfolio with accountability for new sales revenue, retention, growth and income.
• Set and drive strategic direction for corridor and industry-focused sales coverage and client engagement.
• Lead and coordinate RFP responses and solution design for market-entry, M&A, and client satisfaction.
• Own pricing, review and negotiation of cash and liquidity management solutions across regional/global needs.
• Support clients in evolving treasury sophistication with scalable solutions.
• Partner with relationship managers, product, client management and implementation teams for onboarding and execution of GPS solutions.
• Maintain specialist-level product and market knowledge across relevant solutions and services.
• Role-model senior sales behaviors and provide coaching to sales managers and team members.
