Job summary

Cargolux is seeking a travel coordinator in Hong Kong to arrange and confirm travel bookings for internal travelers and external guests. The role covers flights, hotels, ground transportation, and train arrangements, with an emphasis on cost efficiency and supplier coordination.

You will handle daily reservations, respond to queries, and ensure smooth travel operations for crew members. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus, and Amadeus GDS experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and confirm travel bookings for internal travelers and external guests.
• Provide travel offers and assist with travel arrangements to ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage queries and amend travel change requests.
• Communicate by phone and email with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Perform daily crew member flight, ground transportation and hotel reservations.
• Audit hotel and ground transportation invoices and reconcile statements.
• Handle monthly travel expense claims processed through Travel Services.
