Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years delivering digital transformation, operational improvement, system implementation, or change management projects.
• Experience handling large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, workstreams and vendors.
• Strong governance, issue resolution, risk management and value-realisation tracking.
• Excellent change management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance and delivery activities, including plans, RAID logs, tollgates, budgets, steering updates and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders and external vendors to enable adoption and issue resolution.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement across regions and functions.
• Manage change management and communications to support adoption of new processes and technology.
• Track project performance, labour optimisation outcomes, productivity improvements and KPIs.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for continuous improvement while keeping projects on track.
