Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is seeking a Transformation Project Manager (6-Month Contract) to lead strategic transformation initiatives within Finance Operations from our Hong Kong Corporate Office. The role focuses on delivering the Labour Optimisation programme and coordinating across global properties.

You will oversee governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption of new processes and technology, with international travel up to 70%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, IT, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience delivering digital transformation, operational improvement, system implementation or change management.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with third-party vendors.
• Proven governance, issue resolution, risk management and value realisation tracking.
• Strong change management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project governance and delivery activities including plans, RAID logs, tollgates, budgets, steering updates and reporting.
• Coordinate with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions across regions and functions.
• Manage change management and communications to drive organizational adoption.
• Track performance, labour optimisation outcomes, productivity improvements, and KPIs.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for continuous improvement while keeping projects on track.
