Hong Kong Huafa Investment Holdings Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth in bulk commodities, metals, futures, and related sectors. You will identify new clients, expand channels, and manage negotiations, contracts, and documentation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, Cantonese/Mandarin fluency, and the ability to deliver against annual revenue targets within a dynamic enterprise

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in International Trade, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Advantage if in bulk commodity trading, metals, futures, e-commerce, semiconductors, agriculture, or bank structured finance.
• Strong business insight, commercial acumen, and analytical skills; excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; good written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with industry trends in bulk commodity trading, metals, futures, e-commerce, semiconductors, and agriculture; monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs; proactively develop innovative business models and solutions.
• Proactively identify potential clients and expand business channels; build long-term, stable partnerships with relevant partners and internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee internal operational workflows to ensure that trade negotiations, contract drafting, internal approvals, transaction execution, and document management comply with management requirements.
• Support the achievement of the department's annual business performance targets, including revenue and profit.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
