We are seeking an Executive Director with a strong industry background, focusing on overseas M&A projects in hard technology sectors such as communications and electronics.

Job Duties

• Conduct market research, project development, and due diligence for hard technology industries such as telecommunications and electronics.
• Collaborate with domestic entrepreneurs to facilitate the implementation of overseas M&A projects.
• Establish and maintain a network of relationships with industry experts, corporate executives, and government agencies.
• Lead project teams, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Participate in the fund's investment decisions, providing industry insights and strategic advice.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university in China or abroad, with a degree in telecommunications, electronics, or computer science preferred.
