You will shape sourcing strategies, manage full lifecycle, and ensure a top‑notch candidate experience in a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment delivery in banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior hiring managers and deliver end-to-end recruitment support.
• Lead vacancy consultations, define hiring requirements and shape sourcing strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle with high-quality shortlists and candidate experience.
• Advise on selection decisions, lead offer negotiations, and support workforce planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and coach juniors.
• Maintain accurate data across systems and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, talent pipelining, and cross-functional projects.
