Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Hong Kong is seeking a Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment, focusing on direct passive/outbound and active inbound sourcing, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle, manage requisitions with accurate data, and uphold Allegis Global Solutions’ brand as a trusted Talent Advisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavior-based interviews across roles.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking end-to-end recruitment activities with a focus on direct/passive outreach and active inbound applications.
• Understand recruitment delivery processes to meet account KPIs.
• Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to hiring managers.
• Identify and escalate risk or compliance issues.
• Maintain requisitions with accurate recruitment data per client processes.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for volume forecasting.
• Coach candidates for selection stages and provide timely feedback.
