Talent Partner — LATAM/US

The Opportunity

Reap is scaling 2–3x over the next 12 months, and The Americas — including Latin America — is a key growth region. We're looking for a Talent Partner to own full-cycle hiring across our LATAM/US markets and neighboring timezones, partnering directly with hiring managers and bringing deep familiarity with the region's talent landscape.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who knows how to attract and assess talent across Latin America, engages candidates fluently in their own language, and thrives in a fast-moving, multi-market environment. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working alongside the wider Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Be Doing
Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of roles across Latin American markets and neighbouring regions
  • Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, sourcing strategy, and process.
  • Source actively across LATAM/US channels (LinkedIn, referrals, local communities, inbound) and build healthy pipelines across multiple markets.
  • Run structured interviews and screens, engaging candidates in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or English as appropriate.
Regional Market Expertise
  • Bring familiarity with LATAM/US talent markets, hiring norms, compensation expectations, and sourcing channels across key markets (e.g. Brazil, Mexico, and Spanish-speaking LATAM).
  • Advise hiring managers on realistic pipelines, timelines, and market conditions in-region.
Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality experience for every candidate
  • Keep hiring managers and candidates informed with clear, timely communication across time zones.
ATS
  • Manage your requisitions and pipelines in ATS — keep data accurate, move candidates through stages, and maintain strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Use dashboards to track your own funnel and surface issues early.
  • Support accurate reporting by keeping the ATS clean and up to date.
Contribute to the Team
  • Follow and give feedback on shared hiring standards, interview practices, and playbooks.
  • Contribute regional insight that improves how we hire
  • Improve processes to maximize efficiency
What We're Looking For
Experience
  • ~3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (fintech, SaaS, or tech a plus).
  • Proven hiring experience across Latin American markets, with a strong understanding of the region's talent landscape.
  • Proven use-cases of AI in recruitment
Skills & Capabilities
  • Professional working proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with LATAM hiring norms, sourcing channels, and compensation dynamics.
  • Solid sourcing skills and good judgment in candidate assessment.
  • Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers; comfortable operating across LATAM time zones.
  • Comfortable working in an ATS and conscious about data quality.
  • Well organised, adaptable, and able to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Success in This Role (first 6 months)
  • You're independently owning a portfolio across the LATAM time zone — with a focus on LATAM markets — and closing quality hires.
  • Hiring managers trust your process, regional insight, and partnership.
  • Your ATS pipelines are clean, current, and reliable.
  • Candidate experience stays strong across markets and languages even as volume rises.
Particularly Strong Fit If You
  • Enjoy fast-paced, high-volume environments and want to grow in recruiting.
  • Are organised, proactive, and comfortable owning the details that keep hiring on track.
