Job summary

Lenovo PCCW Solutions invites ambitious graduates to join the Global Future Leaders Program in Hong Kong. You will rotate across functions, tackle real business challenges, and gain exposure to senior leaders from a world‑class technology company.

During the first years, you'll work on strategic projects, receive mentorship, and develop leadership and technical capabilities through hands-on assignments and cross-functional collaborations with global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology-related discipline with Second Class Honors Upper Division or above.
Strong balance of business acumen and technology expertise.
Excellent written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality presentation materials, dashboards, and reports for senior management and executive meetings.
Perform data analysis and generate insights to address business questions and support strategic decision-making.
Participate in executive management meetings and track action items to ensure timely execution.
Identify operational opportunities to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver operational solutions.
