Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Strategy, or related field.
• Relevant experience in strategy, business planning, portfolio management, operations, consulting, finance, or leadership support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured thinking.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Define priorities, objectives, and key initiatives for annual and quarterly planning.
• Turn business vision into executable plans, operating models, and governance structures.
• Analyze market, customer, financial, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Create concise, executive-ready presentations and business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Establish and manage leadership cadence, planning forums, dashboards, and accountability.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across portfolio, sales, delivery, finance, marketing, HR, and operations.
• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and propose corrective actions.
