Job summary

Branford Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Tsim Sha Tsui to support logistics operations with a focus on document handling, supplier coordination, and customer payments.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of goods. The ideal candidate has at least three years of logistics experience, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English and Chinese abilities (Putonghua and Cantonese).

Qualifications

• F.5 level / HKDSE (English & Mathematics) or above.
• Minimum 3 years logistic experience.
• Handle full set Export documents and experience in ERP system is an asset.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Good command of English and fluent Putonghua as well as Cantonese.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and follow through on required tasks.
• Good team player and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal merchandising team and suppliers.
• Coordinate and follow up delivery arrangement with forwarders and suppliers.
• Handle booking, export documents and customer payment.
• Assist in general office work and ad hoc tasks as required.
