Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Trading Product Manager to shape strategy across FX, commodities, equities and crypto. You will combine market research, competitive insights and data analytics to guide product growth and regional opportunities.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from strategy and design to launch, optimization and enablement, working with multiple teams across locations to ensure successful delivery and ongoing iteration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial products (CFD, FX, commodities, equities, fixed income, funds, crypto).
• Ability to manage full product lifecycle from requirements to launch.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trading product strategy across asset classes (FX, commodities, equities, fixed income, funds, crypto).
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to launch and optimization.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for product requests and feedback.
