Point72's HR team is seeking an organized Recruiting Coordinator to support campus and enterprise recruitment across time zones. You will coordinate interview schedules, serve as the main contact for candidates and managers, and help keep our ATS data accurate.

This role emphasizes process improvement, data reporting, and collaboration with partners to deliver a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a fast-paced coordination role.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder schedules across time zones.
• Proficiency with structured data, spreadsheets, reporting, and internal tools.
• Experience maintaining candidate data in ATS or similar systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset.
• Commitment to high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across time zones.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates, managers, and search partners.
• Deliver a polished candidate experience through communication and preparation.
• Own data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
• Build recruiting reports and dashboards tracking time-to-hire and pipeline.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Develop templates, processes, and lightweight automations.
• Support campus recruiting and events in Hong Kong.
• Partner with recruiting to surface insights for decisions.
